From a few overdue website changes to a better way of handling enquiries, we can start with one useful improvement.

& ongoing care.

Give customers a clearer picture of what you do and an easier way to get in touch.

  • Website updates and page refreshes
  • Services, photos and contact details
  • Mobile layout and enquiry-link checks
  • Google Business Profile information
  • Simple new business websites
  • Page titles, descriptions and clearer website copy
02 / YOUR EVERYDAY ADMIN

  • Quote and invoice templates, documents and digital filing
  • Enquiry and outstanding-action trackers
  • Appointment and meeting coordination
  • Agreed regular administrative support
03 / YOUR REPEAT TASKS

Business automation
& simpler processes.

I'll review the steps and explore a simpler way, using tools that suit your business.

  • Online enquiry and booking forms connected to trackers
  • Follow-up and task reminders
  • Reusable workflows and templates
  • Testing and a clear handover

One example of what's possible

From enquiry
to follow-up.
With less copying.

A plumber or electrician shouldn't need to move the same customer details between three different places.

Illustrative workflow. Feasibility depends on your tools and access; software subscriptions may be needed.
01 A customer completes your website form
02 They receive an acknowledgement
03 Their enquiry appears in your tracker
04 You get a reminder to follow up

You stay in charge of quotes, bookings and customer decisions.

A LOCAL PERSON TO TALK TOHello, I'm Ryan.Woodingdean, Brighton

Business experience. Practical thinking.

I understand how much
happens behind the scenes.

I bring 20 years’ experience across business operations, hospitality, administration and customer support. My work has involved coordinating busy teams, communicating with customers and suppliers, and keeping the practical side of a business organised.

I've managed client records and compliance documentation, supported audit preparation, organised digital filing and helped develop online training systems. That experience helps me look beyond an individual task to understand where a clearer process or a useful tool could make the working day easier.

Now I'm bringing that experience to businesses of all sizes that could use an extra pair of hands with their websites and everyday processes.

You'll deal directly with me. We'll agree what needs doing, what's possible and what it will cost before work begins. Most support is delivered remotely, with time to understand how your business works.

Start small. Build from there.

Help that fits the job.

A one-off fix

A defined update, a page refresh or an admin tidy-up. A clear task and a quote before we start.

A better process

Review one repetitive task, agree an improvement, then build, test and hand it over.

Ongoing support

A monthly allowance of website updates, routine checks or admin help, with agreed response times and scope.

Pricing depends on the work. Any additional software costs will be explained upfront.

A few useful answers.

Can you work on my existing website?

Often, yes. I'll first check the platform, available access and the changes you need. We can then agree the approach and price. Changes are backed up or prepared in a preview where the platform allows, so you can review them.

Who do you work with, and where?

I support trades, local service businesses and organisations of all sizes. Based in Woodingdean, Brighton & Hove, I deliver remote website, admin and automation support throughout the UK. We agree a manageable project or support arrangement around the work you need.

Do I need to know exactly what I need?

No. Tell me what's outdated, taking too long or getting missed. We can identify a small, useful starting point together.

Do you offer ongoing technical support?

I can agree ongoing support for your website and the digital processes we work on together. The arrangement will specify what's covered, the time allowance and response times. Emergency IT support and hardware repairs aren't part of the current service.

Will this improve my Google ranking?

I can help make your business information clearer and more consistent, and address practical website issues within the agreed scope. Search rankings and enquiry volumes can't be guaranteed.

How will you handle access and customer information?

We'll agree the access and information needed before starting. Where available, use a separate account with only the permissions required, rather than sharing your main password. Please don't include passwords or customer records in your initial enquiry.

Let's start with one thing

What's taking up
too much of your time?

Send me your website address or a brief description of the task. I'll take an initial look and let you know whether I can help.
